The hard part is that it’s not what I want, I want a husband and a family, and it’s hard for me to be grateful for what I do have when it’s not what I want because it’s been so long I’ve been trying for other things. I pray I can be a better Christian and be happy with what I have and stop hating my life. I’m miserable. Nothing is as I want it, so I’m so disappointed in everything. I want deep friends, a better job, a family, to fix the relationship with my parents to what it was before my dad left us and started his own life after cheating too. I’ve been miserable since 2004 when he left. Nothing has been right since. God I need You.

Today at school a kid told me I’m why she keeps coming to school and I’m her favorite human. And today was such a bad class. They didn’t practice over the weekend and some were acting up and were close to contest. I wonder why today of all days she said that. But I need to soak that up because I often feel underutilized in the kingdom from what I feel capable of.
