I bow have better and well-rested sleep. I no longer engage in great spiritual warfare as I used to. 3. My spirit is back and I have more or less complete control of my mind, spirit, attitude, and speech. 4. The spirits are being pushed out of my system continually when they barge in uninvited 5.
