I know my team had to really work hard and not have a lunch hour as we did yesterday. We do not have a strong organized manager and does not want to listen to me when I explain all “ I am doing is trying to assist you” I just want to keep my job and grow with my company and be my best each day. I pray for God to take away the sense of being overwhelmed and feeling like she is setting me up to do the majority of her responsibilities.
