Please pray for my eating today. That I will eat only when truly hungry and not crave to snack. I haven't been doing well since the holidays. Plus the stress I am under. I have gained back 15 lbs.

For my son. He lost his job, and is really struggling with it now. He made some mistakes afterwards that he has owned up to, he is just struggling with his place in the world at the moment. Very sad.
