A Prayer for My Son God, I place my son in Your hands today. You know his heart better than I do—his strengths, his stubbornness, his desire to be seen and heard, and the places where he still needs growth. Please guide him toward humility and wisdom...Read More. Help him learn that knowing doesn’t always mean understanding, and that listening can be just as powerful as speaking. Soften his heart where pride has taken root, and replace it with curiosity, kindness, and respect for others. Teach him how to engage with people with patience and empathy. Help him see the value in different perspectives and the beauty of meaningful connection. Surround him with people who model grace, respect, and compassion. And God, give me patience and wisdom too. Help me lead by example, speak with love, and trust that You are working in him even when I can’t see it. Watch over my son as he grows into the person You’ve created him to be. Guide his words, his actions, and his relationships. Amen.
