We are constantly bombarded by emails, so many people responding to the issue, it’s almost impossible to follow the loop of emails to understand what to do. This conversion is so hard and I feel overwhelmed, I pray to proceed and persevere through this . I also pray for immense patience, our manager does not do her job as she should. I just want to do my work at my best and learn all that is required and needed. Most of all I need you in my heart guiding each word I speak so I do not loose my patience.
