I’m Brittany Sky, and it is a true joy to greet you as the new Director of Emmaus Ministries. Stepping into this role, I carry a heart shaped by creativity, spiritual care, and vision—from serving as a family pastor to writing and developing resources that help people grow in faith.
At my core, I am a spiritual leader. My calling is to create spaces where people encounter renewal, walk alongside one another, and discover the transforming grace of God. Titles may come and go, but what matters most is how we embody Christ’s love in the world. That is the heart of my leadership and the heartbeat of Emmaus Ministries.
I count it a privilege to lead the Walk to Emmaus, Chrysalis, and Face to Face communities. These ministries meet people right where they are—sometimes weary, sometimes searching, always hopeful—and open them to the extravagant, life-giving love of God.
As I begin this sacred work, my first step is to listen: to hear your stories, your dreams, and what you most cherish about Emmaus. Together, we will discern where God is calling us next, trusting that renewal is always possible for us and for the church we serve.
On your Fourth Day, you are invited to be part of this renewal—through your prayers, your gifts, your service, and your offerings. One powerful way to invest in the future is by supporting the GIFT Fund, which helps start new Emmaus, Chrysalis, and Face to Face communities outside the United States and across the globe. Recently, gifts to this fund made it possible to launch the very first Walk to Emmaus in Malawi—a beautiful sign of how your generosity carries grace to new corners of the world.
Would you prayerfully consider making a gift today? Together, we can extend the road to Emmaus so that many more will discover God’s transforming love.
Thank you for welcoming me into this beloved ministry family. I look forward to walking with you, listening, learning, and dreaming about all God will do through Emmaus Ministries in the days ahead.
De Colores,

Brittany Sky
Director of Emmaus Ministries
P.S. Your gift to The GIFT Fund helps send the first pilgrims to another country to experience the Walk, then bring it back home. Your generosity also provides three–five years of training and support to these emerging communities—including support of regional representatives who walk alongside these new communities.
