After a prayerful and discerning search process, we are thrilled to welcome Brittany Sky as the new Director of Emmaus Ministries.
Brittany brings a vibrant blend of creativity, pastoral care, and spiritual depth to this role. As a family pastor, writer, and product developer, Brittany has devoted her life to nurturing faith, cultivating belonging, and sparking wonder in communities of all ages. She is a gifted leader with a passion for building meaningful connections and creating accessible, Spirit-led resources that meet people where they are on their journey.
Brittany holds a BA and MA in Christian Education, along with an Executive MBA. She is the author of Belong: Participant Series, Raising Good People, the Celebrate Wonder Bible Storybook, and the Bible Basics Storybook. She has also contributed to numerous curriculum projects, including Safer Sanctuaries and the Deep Blue Bible Storybook.
Brittany lives in Nashville, Tennessee (ancestral land of the Cherokee), with her preschooler, Rowan, and a small, beloved menagerie that includes a cavapoo named Chase and two bunnies, Carl and Ellie.
As Director of Emmaus Ministries, Brittany will lead the Walk to Emmaus, Chrysalis, and Face to Face international offices with vision, compassion, and a deep trust in God’s transformative grace. We are confident that her leadership will help shape a future rooted in faithfulness and imagination as we continue to walk together on the road to deeper discipleship.
