God Is My Father

In my meditation from December 2025, I shared how my grandfather, my constant father figure, passed away. Through the grief and pain, I learned more deeply what it means to run to my heavenly Father. I’ve learned more about my identity as a child of God and what it means to live from that foundation. As a result, I was led to create devotional resources for fellow mothers, sharing this message: mothering from a place of being ultimately fathered by God.

Drawing from my relationship with the Lord as my Father and from my identity as his beloved daughter, I experienced a newfound freedom of simply abiding and depending on the Lord. Motherhood is still challenging most of the time, but now I know I don’t have to do it in my own strength and knowledge. I can lean on God who delights to father me through it all.
