Don’t Give Up

I love to write. Presently, writing is my favorite hobby. There is just something about using pen and paper that I appreciate. To me, writing is a way to get your life and feelings on the printed page. I currently write for my church newsletter, an occasional poem or two, and I also send submissions to The Upper Room magazine. 

Just when I am about to stop sending devotionals to The Upper Room, I remember that over three million people read it every day! If a person wants to spread the gospel across the world, writing for The Upper Room is a good way to do that. 

So, I redouble my efforts to send in my thoughts about faith and God, hoping they might help someone else. The Bible encourages us to go into all the world and do our part to tell anyone who will listen that we serve a living Lord! I give thanks for Jesus Christ!
